Sales prices and conditions are informative only and can be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by filling the order form, implies conformity with the offered price and sale conditions existing at that particular moment. After order finalization, purchase will be executed, with all the legal guarantees that protect the customer, and from that moment prices and conditions will be locked, and will not be modified without the consent of both contractors.


  • All shipments are made urgently 24/48h (peninsula) and 48h (Baleares). we cant not guarantee these delivery times, but we try that the carrier shall do whenever possible.

  • Delivery times will depend on the product stock, indicated in all of the products. Orders that contain multiple items will be a single shipment and delivery time may be greater because of stock.

  • The customer will have 24h to check the integrity of all components of the order and to check that everything is included. After 24h we will think that the order is accepted and we dont will accept claims for damage or missing items.

  • We consider that an order is delivered when the receipt is signed by the customer. In the next 24h, the customer must verify the products that he receive and expose all objections that may exist.

  • In case of receiving a damaged product by transport, customer should contact us within the first 24h to claim the incidence to the carrier. Also notice the carrier company:


  • Later you must tell us your case through our contact form by clicking here, indicating the order number and the problem presented. After receiving the incidence we will process a new shipment for you if required.


Zalem Simulators offers the ability to return products within the first 7 days, for whatever reason, as from the date of receipt and providing that all the conditions are fulfilled.

Return conditions for private customers

  • Returns will not be accepted for the followin products, as stablished by Law 47/2002, 19 December, reform of Law 7/1996, 15 january on the Retail Trade, for transposition into spanish law directive 87/7/CE, on distance contracts, and to adapt to the various EU directives Act.

    • Products subject to fluctuations in the financial market that the seller can not control.
    • Products made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalized, mounted as specified in a configuration design, or by they nature, can not be returned.

  • All products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected in a way that is not received with seals or duct tape. Otherwise Zalem Simulatores reserves the right to refuse the return.

  • Returns must be delivered at the destination within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.

  • Once received and checked the goods that is in perfect condition, it will process the refund if indicated.

  • Shipping costs incurred by the return will be charged to the customer.

  • Payments by bank transfer for returns will have a maximun of 30 days for paperwork, we will try to not delay longer than 7 days.

We will only accept returns without unsealing material and in perfect condition, withing 7 days of receipt. Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, as there is no law regulating the rights of return between companiel producto devuelto.

These conditions do not cancel the warranty or replacement of defective products as prescribed by manufacturer warranty. Zalem Simulators reserves the right to refuse the refund in case of any abnormality detected on the returned product.

  • those order cancellations involving a refund to the customer by bank transfer will have a maximum of 30 days for paperwork, we try to not exceed 7 days after the cancellation.
