Conditions of purchase
Prices and conditions of sale are for informational purposes only and may be modified in the face of market fluctuations. However, the placing of the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the offered price and the general conditions of sale in force at this particular time. Once the order has been formalized, the purchase will be deemed to be perfected in full, with all the legal guarantees that cover the acquiring consumer, and from that moment the prices and conditions will be contractual in nature, and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contractors.
- All shipments are made urgently maximum 72h hours (peninsula) and Balearic Islands. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport company complies with them whenever possible.
- Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every product offered. Orders that include multiple items will make a single shipment and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
- The customer will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that everything they owe is included in the included products. After these 24 hours the shipment will be accepted and no claims for damages or failures with the shipment will be accepted.
- An order will be deemed to have been delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours that the customer must verify the products upon receipt of them and expose all objections that may exist.
- In case of receiving a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident from the transport company. In the same way it is advisable to record the transport company.
- You must then tell us your case using our contact form by clicking here,indicating the order number and the problem you present. Once the incident has been received, a new shipment will be processed if your case so requires.
Zalem Simuladores offers the possibility to return products within the first 7 days, for whatever reason, from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer, and provided that the conditions set out on this page are met.
Return conditions for private customers
- Returns of the following products, as provided for in Law 47/2002 of 19 December, on the reform of Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Organisation of Retail Trade, for the transposition into Spanish law of Directive 97/7/EC on distance contracts, and for the adaptation of the Law into various Community Directives, shall not be accepted.
- Products subject to fluctuations in financial market coefficients that the seller cannot control.
- Products made to consumer specifications or clearly customized, mounted specifically according to the design specified in a configuration, or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or transport adhesive tapes. Otherwise, Zalem Simuladores reserves the right to refuse a refund.
- Returns must be delivered to the destination within 7 days of the date of acceptance of the return. Otherwise it will be rejected and returned.
- Once the goods have been received and proven to be in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if indicated.
- The transport costs caused by the return will be borne by the customer.
- Credit via bank transfer for returns will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 7 days.
Only returns of material unsealed and in perfectcondition will be accepted within 7 days of receipt.
Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, as there is no law regulating the rights of return between companies and such processing is regulated according to the conditions of Zalem Simuladores.
These conditions do not void the right of warranty or exchange of defective products as stipulated in the manufacturer's warranty. Zalem Simuladores reserves the right to refuse a return if any anomalies are detected in the returned product.

- Cancellations of orders that involve a return to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to make the period not more than 7 days.
