When your order is shipped you will receive a message from the shipping company with all the details regarding your order, contact information and tracking. They can also access the website of the carrier we provide below if they have any questions.
(if for any reason they do not locate your order, please let us know and we will provide you with the shipping number or the appropriate measures to resolve the incident.
(seat boxes travel halfway around the world to get to Spain so they may be deteriorated externally but the seat inside may not. Zalem Cockpit boxes come out of the warehouse perfect and should all arrive in good condition)
As a general rule, these guidelines are followed for shipments:
- For the shipment of packages to peninsula or European union will always be sent by GLS.
- For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla of small packages (bag) will be sent by CORREOS, I listen to those shipments that some of the items exceed the maximum allowed in the mail or are bulky (Cockpit, seats...), in this case they will have to contact us to quote the shipment.
The shipping price is automatically calculated in the shopping cart. VAT prices included for all forms of payment except payment per PayPal payment method surcharge (approximately 4% of the order value) will be charged.
* For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands VAT will be deducted in the purchase of their products, when registering on the website with Canarian address automatically the prices will be seen without VAT. The corresponding local tax (IGIC, IPSI) that will be paid at your receipt is not included.
NOTE: The weight of the items may not always be accurate, as factors such as the volume of the packaging depend, being able to increase the weight by a high volume.
Important: All shipments are included insurance of 100% of the value of the goods, so in case of any loss, deterioration, theft, etc., the lost or beaten material would be replenished again at no cost to you. If upon arrival of the package you clearly observe any damage, please let the carrier know to record at that time. It is important to process any part of the insurance.
Cash on delivery option is not allowed
No shipments are made outside the European Union, if they are in this situation it will be the customer who requests the collection of the products with the transport company that prefers to pay for them.
